Conveyor HCB-400-TS
The HCB-400 TS is a specially designed hygienic trough-shaped conveyor well-suited for small and medium-sized vegetable companies. The trough shape of the belt ensures that the products are automatically centered to the middle of the belt. That is why side guides are not required. An input funnel and output funnel precisely fit to ensure that no products spill on the floor while conveying.
A white (food grade) rubber closure is placed within the input funnel. A scrapper is mounted in the output funnel which prevents products from sticking to the belt and hence prevents products from falling on the return part on the ground.

HCB-400-TS with Weighing System
This belt conveyor with weighing system is derived from the regular HCB-400-TS conveyor belt layout. The addition to this version is the ARCI-25 stainless steel weighing unit. The required filling weight can be set with the display monitor. After starting the machine, the belt will start operating and the basket underneath the output funnel will be filled. Once the set filling weight has been reached, the belt will automatically stop. The conveyor is also fitted with a frequency inverter and a durable stainless steel control cabinet. With this addition the belt speed as well as the acceleration and deceleration can be easily modified. The weighing system is available in different (and cusomizable) plate sizes, weighing capacities, and graduations.
