Potato Dryer
The potato dryer is designed to dry potatoes after washing through felt rollers. The felt rollers behave like sponges that absorb water from the potatoes after they are washed. In their turn, these felt rollers are then wringed out by stainless-steel rollers.
The machine is made of stainless-steel plates to ensure durability of the machine.

Air Dryer
The dryer utilizes a high-powered fan to remove water from the product. The water goes through the web and can be collected in a gutter or bin. The ventilator for drying must be mounted on a web belt.
