The stainless steel centrifugal vegetable drying machine HS-ES extracts the water from the vegetables after washing. The washed vegetables are placed in a basket in the HS-ES. After the lid is closed, the machine starts running automatically. The machine runs at an optimum pace to extract water from the products while preserving both the product and its juices. The machine stops immediately after opening the lid (brake motor), and the basket may be removed from the machine. Under the dryer are four heavy levelers with vibration dampers that absorb the vibrations of the machine keeping it in a fixed position on the floor. Thus, it is not necessary to fix the machine to the floor.

The stainless steel centrifugal vegetable drying machine HS-FLEX with variable speed extracts the water from the vegetables after washing. It is equipped with PLC control, frequency controller, timer, reverse feature, slow-start / slow-stop functionality, and double cover lock. With the centrifugal vegetable dryer HS-FLEX, the processing time on the touch screen can be easily changed from 0-60 seconds and the speed from 350 – 950 RPM. Once the lid is closed, the machine starts running automatically and the cover will be double locked. The speed increases slowly in 4 seconds to the maximum set speed (slow-start), to ensure that the product spreads uniformly around the basket. The speed even decreases slowly and takes 4 seconds before stopping (slow-stop). The product falls back into the center of the basket once the basket stops spinning. Then, the machine starts again this time with the basket spinning in the opposite direction. This reverse spinning functionality ensures that the vegetables are dried perfectly. When the cycle is finished, the cover will be unlocked automatically and the basket can be removed from the machine.
