The VWM-2500 washer can thoroughly wash both floating and sinking vegetables. First, the vegetables are either transported by a conveyor belt or manually into the washing tank. In the washing tank, the vegetables are intensively washed using powerful pumps and nozzles in the side wall and back headboard.

Then, the vegetables are taken to the vibrating sieve where sprinklers give them an additional 'shower' with clean water. All leftovers of sand and vegetables are filtered out, and the water is recycled back to the washing tank.

This machine is also designed to mix salads. There are butterfly valves to adjust the whirl and flow.

The vegetables are submerged using a big drum (flycatcher) that filters and removes insects. If the products do not have insects, the flycatcher can be tilted to the front while the products are washed.

This machine (which has a conveyor belt) is used especially for washing delicate leafy vegetables such as lettuce, salad, spinach, kale, cabbage, Swiss chard, endive, bok choy, herbs etc.
